What is your Return Policy?
If you’re not satisfied with the items you purchased, simply return the items to Eden in Love in its original packaging and condition within 21 days of the shipment date (marked on your tags) and we’ll be happy to make an exchange. Sales and shipping are non-refundable and FINAL on accessories, bags and jewelry. Customer is responsible for costs of return shipping for any exchanges. Or, if you're in Oahu, come stop by Eden in Love boutique in Ward Warehouse and you can do your exchange in person. Opened, used, removal of tags or final sale items will NOT be accepted. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through PayPal. You may choose to pay with your PayPal account, or you may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card through the PayPal website without a PayPal account.
Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase from this store?
No. You may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card through the PayPal website without a PayPal account. At checkout, you will see this option to the left of the PayPal login area.
What is the Shipping Cost for my order?
Orders will be charged shipping rates as detailed below:
Flat rate shipping charge of $8 for all orders up to $75.
For orders $75 and over, shipping will be FREE.
For in-store pickup at Eden in Love in Ward Warehouse, please enter the code PICKUP for in-store pickup.
Can I ship to a different addresses not listed in PayPal?
Please make sure your ship-to address while checking out through PayPal is correct. Packages cannot be shipped to an alternate address which isn’t listed with PayPal. For instance, an order cannot be shipped to a different address which is emailed to Eden in Love after a transaction has been completed. This is to comply with PayPal buyer and seller protection policies.
How long does it take before an order is shipped?
Orders are shipped within 7 business days of receipt of your order. If any delays arise, you will be contacted via the email address you submitted with your order. Please make sure your email address is correct during checkout through PayPal, and that you provide a phone number in case questions arise regarding your order.
In store pick up orders will be pulled within 48 hours.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. If your order has been sent with a service offering a tracking number (such as USPS Priority Mail), your tracking number will be included in the email.
What shipping methods do you offer for domestic orders?
Most domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, and typically arrive within 2 to 3 days of shipping. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout through PayPal and are based on your order total.
What currency do you accept? Am I charged any sales tax?
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Hawaii residents: there is a 4.712% sales tax on all orders (excluding shipping costs).
Is my payment Secure?
Your privacy and security are of utmost importance. Your personal information and order history will never be sold to a third party. All payments are processed through PayPal, so your credit card or bank account information remains protected and inaccessible to anyone but you.
